Poco M7 Plus 5G was launched in India in 6GB and 8GB RAM options in August. Now Xiaomi’s sub-brand has announced the launch of a new RAM variant of this phone in the country. The new model will be available for sale on Flipkart from the end of this month. Poco M7 Plus 5G has a 7,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It also has Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor and 50 megapixel dual rear camera.
On Friday, the company said that the 4GB ‘Limited Edition’ variant of Poco M7 Plus 5G will be sold in the upcoming festive season cell. This cell Flipkart will start from September 23 under the Big Billion Days Sale, while Flipkart Plus and Black Members will be able to access it quickly from 22 September.
The new 4GB RAM variant of Poco M7 Plus 5G will be available with 6GB and 8GB RAM variants available from August. The price of 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB RAM and storage models is Rs 13,999 and Rs 14,999 respectively. The price of the new variant is expected to be even lower. This phone is available in Aqua Blue, Carbon Black and Chrome Silver colors.
Poco M7 Plus 5G specification
Poco M7 Plus 5G runs on Android 15-based Hyperos 2.0 and will get two Android updates and four years of security updates. It has a 6.9-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) screen that supports refresh rates up to 144Hz. It is powered by Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, with LPDDR4X RAM up to 8GB and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.
For photography, the Poco M7 Plus 5G has an AI-powered dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary camera. The front has an 8-megapixel camera for selfie and video calls. The handset comes with an IP64 rating that provides protection from dust and water.
Talking about connectivity options, Poco M7 Plus 5G has features like 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS and USB Type-C port. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Poco M7 Plus 5G has a 7,000mAh silicone-carbon battery, which supports 33W wired fast charging and 18W reverse wired charging.
