New Delhi, 13 September (IANS). On hearing the name of cannabis (Vijaya), many people see it with drugs, but in fact its seeds are also very beneficial for health health. It is not an ordinary seed, but a store of nutrients. Ayurveda, traditional medicine and modern science have also accepted its medicinal properties.
Cannabis seeds contain up to 30 percent of good fats, of which Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are prominent. Gamma-linolenic acid is also found in them, which helps in reducing inflammation and creating hormonal balance. Apart from this, essential minerals such as vitamin E, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc are also found in good amounts in them.

Amino acid arginine found in cannabis seeds make nitric oxide in the body, which relaxes blood vessels and reduces blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids keep the heart healthy and protect the brain from age-related problems such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. They also improve mental clarity and concentration.
Cannabis seeds are traditionally used in gynecology and hormonal imbalance. The fatty acids and micronutrients present in them balance the hormone levels. They are also very beneficial for the skin. They keep the skin young by increasing collagen production and gives relief in problems like acne and eczema.
You can include cannabis seeds in many ways in your diet. You can chew it by chewing one or two teaspoons of it. If you want, you can soak them and mix them in smoothie or you can also add sauce, salad, oats etc.
