New Delhi, January 14 (IANS). Bhilava is considered a very effective medicine in Ayurveda. It is used in many diseases, especially digestive problems, skin diseases and joint pain. Bhilava looks like an ordinary fruit, but its properties are very powerful. If used in the right way and in the right quantity, it can provide relief from many chronic problems.
The biggest benefit of Bhilava is on the digestive system. Bhilava is considered useful for people who suffer from constipation, indigestion, gas, flatulence or frequent upset stomach. It also helps in eliminating stomach worms and increases appetite. Due to proper digestion, energy remains in the body and one feels less tired.
The use of Bhilava is also considered very important in skin diseases. It is used in Ayurveda in problems like eczema, acne, psoriasis and white spots. Its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties provide relief from chronic skin problems. However, purification is necessary before applying its oil or paste directly, otherwise irritation may occur.

However, the more benefits of Bhilava, the more caution is necessary. It is hot and sharp in nature. Its consumption without purification and without expert advice can cause harm. Pregnant women, children and people with weak body should stay away from it.
