BDS 2nd Year Practical Exam: Ranchi University has declared the schedule and examination center of practical examinations of BDS 2nd Year Annual Examination 2025.
According to the notification issued by the university, all the practical examinations will be conducted on scheduled dates, which will facilitate the students to complete their preparations on time.
Exams will start from 10 am
The university has clarified that all practical exams will start from 10:00 am every day. Students have been advised to reach the examination center before time, so that there is no inconvenience.
Practicals of different subjects will be held on these dates
According to the ongoing schedule, practical examinations of Pre-Clinical Conservative on 16 and 17 February, Pharmacology on 18 and 19 February, Dental Material on 19 and 20 February 2026, Pre-Clinical Prosthodontics on 23 and 24 February 2026 and Microbiology and Pathology on 26 and 27 February will be conducted.
RIMS Dental Institute made examination center
The University has designated Dental Institute, RIMS, Ranchi as the examination center for all practical examinations. The examination will be conducted under the supervision of the Principal of Dental Institute, RIMS.
Strict action on violation of rules
The notification also said that the Examination Act 1981 and the instructions of Patna High Court dated December 22, 1995 will be strictly followed during the examination.
If there is use of unfair means, walkout or mass boycott by any student, the concerned students will be given zero marks and will not get the opportunity of re-examination.
This decision of the university has brought clarity among the BDS students regarding their preparation and they have now started their preparation as per the scheduled schedule.
