In this special journey of pregnancy, it is very important to take care of the health of both the mother and the fetus. Proper and balanced nutrition acts as a foundation during this period. In such a situation, regular consumption of apple, pomegranate, orange and banana gives energy to the mother. Promotes the development of the baby and keeps both healthy.
