Trump has said that the US will refrain from attacking Iran’s energy infrastructure for the next five days.
Trump claims that talks between the two countries are moving in a positive direction, and around 15 issues have already been agreed upon. The US President said that these talks with Iran will ultimately decide whether a comprehensive agreement is possible. For its part, Iran initially refused to engage in talks with the US, but later acknowledged that discussions are indeed ongoing between the two countries.
