The PM has appealed to the entire world to unite to end this crisis and said that India always stands in favor of peace.

The safety of people of Indian origin living in Gulf countries and the sailors working there is the biggest priority for the Government of India. The Prime Minister told the Parliament that this crisis can last for a long time, so we need to be prepared for every situation. India has termed the attacks on merchant ships and blockage of sea routes as completely wrong. The government is now emphasizing on increasing the production of LPG gas domestically so that the common man does not face any problem due to stoppage of international supply.
