In such a situation, to check the eligibility, first go to the official portal PMJAY.GOV.IN
Now click on the ‘What I am worthy’ option appearing here

After this you have to enter your mobile number
An OTP will come on it, enter it too
Then you will have two options
First of all select your kingdom in it

Now in the second option you have to enter your mobile number and ration card number.
