Mumbai, April 9 (IANS). Actress Alaya F, who is always alert about fitness, recently shared an interesting experience with fans on social media. Alaya told that to do a particular pose seen on Instagram correctly, she had to try 150 times.
Alaya, who is seen in films like ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ and ‘Freddy’, posted a video clip on her Instagram account, in which she is seen trying to do that pose again and again. He wrote in the caption that during this exercise, the skin near his elbows peeled off and he also started feeling nauseous again and again. Nevertheless, she did not give up and ultimately succeeded.
Alaya clearly said that she is not advising anyone to push beyond their physical limits. She wrote, “I am not saying here that you should push your body forward even if it is completely tired. Every person is different, so it is very important to always listen to your body.”
Alaya has shown her hard work and dedication towards fitness through this post. He also gave the message that enthusiasm for fitness is good, but it is even more important to respect the limitations of the body. He further added that his trainers call him many names, but ‘Ziddi’ is his favorite one. Thanking his teacher Sunpreet Singh, he wrote that he always takes care that his stubbornness does not come at the cost of his safety.
Let us tell you that Alaya F is seen practicing inversion pose in the video. These are those asanas in which the head of the body turns downwards from the heart, that is, the body becomes inverted or partially inverted, such as Shirshasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, and Viparita Karani.
This provides many benefits to health. Blood circulation in the brain increases, which improves concentration and memory. Fatigue goes away and the mind remains calm. Hair gets nourishment and the face glows. The digestive system becomes stronger. Stress and anxiety are reduced. However, this can be risky. In such a situation, beginners should do it only under the supervision of a trainer. Pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or neck problems should not do this without doctor’s advice.
