People of Indian origin are taking important decisions in big companies of Silicon Valley, leaders of Indian origin are influencing politics in Britain and Indian professionals in Gulf countries are playing a big role in managing the entire economy. India is present everywhere. Not as a guest, but as a force to be reckoned with.
The article further states that India’s expatriate community of about 35 million people is spread across the world’s most powerful countries and political systems. People of Indian origin in America are at the center of technology and innovation and take decisions that impact the global market.
The United Kingdom, which once ruled India, today has a deep influence of people of Indian origin in its politics. At the same time, in the Gulf countries, millions of Indians, from laborers to doctors, from small businessmen to big officials, remain the backbone of the entire economy.
