Why is memorandum important?
Memorandum is an official document in which employees and their respective organizations formally submit their suggestions, demands and grievances in written form. On the basis of these memorandums the Commission prepares its recommendations. As a result, this document acts as the backbone of the entire pay commission process. Extending this time limit will provide relief to the employees, so that they will be able to prepare and submit their suggestions in a better way. After this, now all eyes will be on the steps that the Commission will take after May 31.
