Mumbai, May 4 (IANS). Two-wheeler electric vehicle (EV) maker Ather Energy on Monday released its fourth quarter results for FY26. During this period, the company’s loss has increased by 18.41 percent on quarterly basis to Rs 100.23 crore, which was Rs 84.64 crore in the previous quarter (3rd quarter of FY 26).
However, the company’s loss has seen a huge decline of 57 per cent year-on-year and stood at Rs 234.36 crore in Q4FY25.
The company’s income from core operations increased by 74 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,174.66 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 676 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company said its strong performance was due to market share gains and fundamental growth factors.
Total expenses rose 42 per cent to Rs 1,314 crore during the quarter, compared with Rs 922.15 crore a year ago, according to regulatory filings.
The electric vehicle maker continued to expand its physical and charging infrastructure during the financial year.
In April 2026, the company reported that it has doubled the number of its Experience Centers to over 700 across India in FY2026 in line with its expansion targets.
The company has also strengthened its charging ecosystem, providing over 5,000 public chargers in over 395 cities, including over 3,675 fast chargers directly operated by the company in key urban markets.
After the announcement of the results, shares of Ather Energy closed at Rs 937 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), up 0.23 per cent from the previous closing price of Rs 934.85.
