Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that celebrate the upcoming festivals and festivals with joy. In a high-level meeting on Friday, the Chief Minister gave necessary guidelines to the administrative officials on important issues like smooth organizing, cleanliness, better law and order of upcoming festivals. All the commissioners, District Magistrates, Additional Director General of Police (Zone), all Police Commissioners, Inspector General of Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police, etc. were present through video conferencing. In the meeting, the Chief Minister received information about their departmental preparations in view of festivals from all Additional Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries.
The Chief Minister said that the mission power program of the state government expresses the safety, honor and self -reliance of women. The state -wide mission power 5.0 will be inaugurated from 22 September on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri. This campaign will run for one month in a phased manner. All concerned departments should ensure preparations for this. To make people aware, a bike rally should be taken out by women policemen in each district on the evening of 21 September. From 22 September, effective action should be taken by anti -Romeo squad on public places, girls schools etc.
The Chief Minister said that women beat officers should make people aware of women safety in gram panchayats and inform them about the schemes of the government. Pink booths be active. Women who do good work in Mission Shakti Abhiyan should be identified and honored at the state and district level. The responsibility of the state government is to provide security to every common man.
In this meeting, the Chief Minister directed the officials that it is the result of better law and order, continuous communication with all classes and cooperation that in recent years all the festivals in the state are taking place in peaceful and cordial environment. There was a happy atmosphere in the state during the last festival. Similarly, upcoming festivals- Pitra Visarjan, Sharadiya Navratri, Vijayadashami, Gandhi Jayanti, Lala Bahadur Shastri Jayanti, Agravant Jayanti, Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti, Deepotsav, Deepawali and Kashi’s Dev Deepavali and Chhath Mahaparva also continue this order of better team work and public support.

The Chief Minister said that this time is sensitive in terms of peace, security and good governance. Learn from previous experiences. At this time of the festivals, the entire team including police and administration will have to be 24 × 7 vigilant. Make a traffic plan according to the needs of the city- CM Yogi
The Chief Minister said that mischievous elements can make a malicious effort to unnecessarily incite people of other communities, keep an eye on such cases. Make a traffic plan according to the needs of every city. Negligence can turn a small incident into a major dispute. In this case, additional vigilance is necessary. Quick action and dialogue are helpful in dealing with unpleasant events. On the information of any untoward incident, without delay, senior officers like District Magistrate/Police Captain themselves reach the spot. Lead senior officials in sensitive matters.
Cleanliness and adequate drinking water should be made in temples – CM Yogi
Special efforts should be made by the Department of Urban Development and Panchayati Raj to ensure a clean environment during festivals and festivals. Honoring the faith of the people, adequate arrangements for cleanliness and drinking water in temples should be ensured. Also, the Chief Minister said that the power supply in the state should be uninterrupted according to the roster. Adequate supply of medicines in hospitals and availability of snake toxin and rabies injections should be ensured. Due to heavy rains, relief kits and dry food items should be provided to each needy in flood affected districts. The victim’s family should be compensated within 24 hours. Due to floods in low -lying areas, whose houses have fallen, residential leases should be given, arrangements should be made for residential colonies for the people and these houses should be given in the name of the female head of the family. Improve the system of destitute cowsheds. The Agriculture Department should ensure that farmers have timely availability of food grains and fertilizers.

The Chief Minister said that a time -bound and satisfactory solution should be ensured in all departments of IGRS, Complete Solution Day and CM Helpline or the Complaints and Applications of the general public received from the level of Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Ministers. The Chief Minister said that under the developed India-developed Uttar Pradesh 2047 campaign, more than 300 scholars were sent by the state government to communicate with people in the districts.
