Meanwhile, Congress Party’s official candidate Ghanshyam Singh filed nomination papers in the presence of Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar, MLA Phoolsingh Baraiya, Datia District Congress Committee President Ashok Dangi, Congress officials and other workers. After filing the nomination papers, Congress leaders have said that with the blessings of Mother Pitambara and the justice-loving aware people of Datia, they will once again repose their trust in the Congress and give a befitting reply in a democratic manner to the BJP, which is doing arrogant, dictatorial and anti-people politics.

Now by-elections are taking place here, and Congress and BJP have announced their official candidates. Besides, these candidates have also filed nominations.
