New Delhi, 26 September (IANS). The heart is an important part of our body, which ensures blood flow to different parts of the body. The heart has also been associated with emotions. The heart is considered to be the most important in both science and Ayurveda, but it is not possible for everyone to take care of the heart in today’s lifestyle.
Therefore, many heart related diseases have started harassing people at an early age. The heart acts like a pump in our body. In easy language you can call the heart a supply man of the whole body; Without it, no part of the body can work. Now the heart is so important, so it is also important to take care.
The heart stops working properly for many reasons, including not eating at the right time, taking too much stress, consuming tobacco, and not taking sleep. All these reasons obstruct the heart to function properly.
In Ayurveda, many measures have been given to reduce heart diseases, so that you can keep your heart completely healthy. Turmeric is good for heart health because it contains curcumin, which works to clean the blood. Garlic is also healthy for the heart, it helps to keep blood pressure normal. In addition, factors such as consumption of fenugreek and cinnamon, taking full sleep and decreasing stress are also necessary to keep the heart healthy.
Along with changes in lifestyle, the health of the heart can also be improved by doing yoga and pranayama regularly.
The heart may be small in appearance, but its functioning is equally complicated and amazing. While most organs of our body require brain signs to function, the heart is the only organ that has its own “natural pacemaker” and beats independently. It works continuously, without stopping like our brain. Throughout the day, the heart gets a momentary rest of only 0.4 seconds.
Another special thing about the heart is that it can send a more effective and powerful message to the brain than the brain. This is the reason that emotions sometimes dominate the argument of the brain.
