Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar arrived as the chief guest to participate in the two-day Credit National Convention organized by Sahakar Bharti. Where he appealed to all the representatives gathered that the cooperative sector should contribute its full contribution in making India developed. Enthusing the enthusiasm of Sahakar Bharti, Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that a representative organization is very important for development in any field and I can say with confidence that Sahakar Bharti is an organization that is a capable and strong representative of the representatives working in the field of cooperatives.
Loan now available at cheap interest
He said, “The contribution of the cooperative sector is and will be important in providing everything easily and honestly to the people associated with agriculture and in reducing their problems.” Not only this, he praised the government and said that today PACS are being computerized in the country and their capacity is being increased. The world’s largest grain storage scheme is being started by providing loans at cheap interest. Run PACS PDS shop, petrol pump, medicine shop and gas agency, work is also being done on this. This will not only strengthen the packs but will also benefit the consumers. Societies are also being formed to promote organic farming. In other words, the government is continuously trying to ensure that every person joins the cooperative movement.
Appreciation of Prime Minister Modi’s work
Praising the work of Prime Minister Modi, Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shows by doing what he says. His effort is to make India a developed nation in the next 25 years in which every section of the society is supported. Inspiring the people, he said that our country is a country with a population of 140 crores. If we together take even one step, the country moves forward by 140 crore steps and also appealed to join the resolve to make India developed by 2047.
