Often, we complain of fatigue, irritability or lack of motivation without any reason. According to Vastu Shastra, some wrong habits in the morning can be a major reason for this. If the day starts in the wrong way, the whole day seems bad. If you want your day to go well, your mind to remain calm and success in work, then pay attention to these things. Let us know which mistakes you should not make as soon as you wake up in the morning:
Looking at the phone immediately after waking up: Picking up the phone as soon as the eyes open is considered bad for both Vastu and mental health. This puts sudden pressure on the mind, and negative thoughts can dominate. Try not to look at your phone immediately after waking up. After waking up, stay away from the phone for at least 15-20 minutes, drink water and start your day with a calm mind.
Thinking about the day’s worries in bed: Worrying about money, work or relationships early in the morning takes away energy for the day. According to Vastu, morning is the time for positive thinking. As soon as you wake up, close your eyes for two minutes and think positive things.
Eating or drinking tea without washing your face: This is considered inauspicious in Vastu. It is said that this causes restlessness throughout the day. Washing mouth and drinking water first thing in the morning is considered best.
Starting the day without seeing the sun: In Vastu and Shastras, seeing the sun in the morning or saluting it is considered auspicious. This increases self-confidence and reduces laziness throughout the day.
Do not get angry: Getting angry or showing irritability as soon as you wake up is also considered a big mistake. As per Vaastu and for mental peace, it is believed that the mood in the morning decides the atmosphere of the entire day. If the day starts with anger or resentment, work gets spoiled and the mind remains restless. Try to take deep breaths as soon as you wake up, keep your mind calm and avoid arguing with anyone. This will make the day feel better and balanced.
