Lucknow, Amrit Vichar: Qurbani helpline was inaugurated on Saturday at Darul Uloom Firangimahal. This helpline was launched by Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangimahali, Nazim of Darul Uloom and Chairman of Islamic Center of India. On this occasion, he said that knowledge of religious rules (Masael) is necessary for the purity of Hajj and sacrifice, without this the correct performance of worship is not possible.
Maulana Khalid Rashid said that there is an instruction in the Quran that if you do not have knowledge about any subject then you should seek guidance from the people of knowledge. He appealed that Muslims should contact Ulama in Sharia matters so that Hajj, sacrifice and other religious functions can be completed properly.
He told that this helpline has been operating since 2002, through which people from India and abroad ask questions about Haj, sacrifice and other religious questions, which are answered by a panel of scholars. A large number of people are benefiting from this.
