TVS Motor Company is currently organizing its flagship riding festival MotoSoul 5.0 in Vagator, Goa, where over 8,000 riders and bike lovers from across the world are participating. On the first day of the event, TVS revealed the new Ronin Agonda Limited Edition along with two custom motorcycles, the TVS Ronin Kensai and the TVS Apache RR310 Speedline, which have been developed in collaboration with Smoked Garage.
Agonda The beach-inspired Ronin Agonda has been introduced with a white base and retro five-stripe graphics, priced at Rs 1,30,990 (ex-showroom). On the same occasion, TVS also introduced the Apache RTX Anniversary Edition to mark 20 years of the Apache brand.
This edition gets a black and champagne gold paint scheme, anniversary badging, a special crest and red-highlighted dual-tone alloy wheels. No mechanical changes have been made in both the models. TVS Ronin has a 225.9 cc oil-cooled engine, which gives a power of 20.4 PS and a torque output of 19.93 Nm. It is paired with 5-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.
According to ARAI, its mileage is around 42 kmpl and fuel tank capacity is 14 litres. The bike has a double-cradle frame, 41 mm USD forks, 7-step adjustable rear monoshock and disc brakes on both wheels. Higher variants get dual-channel ABS and rain and urban riding modes. It also has all-LED lighting and digital console with SmartXonnect.
On the other hand, the TVS Apache RTX 300 gets a new 299.1 cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine, which produces 36 PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, slipper clutch and bidirectional quickshifter in higher variants. The bike is based on a steel trellis frame and aluminum die-cast swingarm and gets a 41 mm USD front fork and a rear monoshock with 180 mm travel.
Its key specs include 12.5 liter fuel tank, 200 mm ground clearance, 835 mm seat height and 180 kg curb weight. This bike comes with many premium features like ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes, 5-inch TFT display, switchable dual-channel ABS, traction control, cruise control, TPMS, etc.
