Oben Rorr EVO accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3 seconds, has a top speed of 110 km/h and can travel up to 180 km on a single charge
Oben Electric has launched its new electric motorcycle Rorr EVO in India. It has been offered at a special price of Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers. This bike offers a perfect blend of design, performance and practicality and claims to set a new standard in the electric motorcycle segment.
The design of Rorr EVO is quite bold and muscular, which gives it a streetfighter look. It has projector headlamps and signature lighting, which gives it a special identity. The top speed of this electric bike is 110 km/h and it gives a range of up to 180 km (IDC) on a single charge.
It can be fast charged from 0 to 80% in 90 minutes. It has both Oben Plug fast charger and onboard charger (Oben Port), which makes charging easy. Rorr EVO has an AI-based ride mode called SmartIQ, which automatically adjusts the power delivery by understanding the riding pattern. This can increase the range by about 15 percent.
It has a motor with IP68 rating, which the company has developed itself. With this, a new single-stage chain drive system is available, which gives better torque and smooth riding experience. It has a 3.4 kWh LFP battery, which is more heat-resistant and has a longer life. This battery comes with 8 years warranty.
Rorr EVO offers many unique features in its segment. It has a 680 mm long seat, 780 mm seat height and 200 mm ground clearance, which makes it comfortable. The special thing is that it also has 10 liters of storage space, which includes under-seat and tank storage. Dual USB charging port and reverse mode are also provided.
Safety features like Fall Alert and Emergency Assist have been provided in this bike. Apart from this, Unified Brake Assist (UBA), Driver Alert System (DAS) and wide rear tire provide better safety. For connectivity, it has a 5-inch TFT display, which offers navigation, call-message alerts and music controls. Features like ride history, geo-fencing, remote diagnostics, theft protection and ‘Find My Rorr’ are available through the Oben app.
Rorr EVO has been introduced in four color options Pulse Red, Neutron Blue, Magnetic Black and Photon White. Its price has been kept at Rs 99,999 for the first 10,000 customers, after which it will become Rs 1,24,999 (ex-showroom). Its booking has started for Rs 777 and test rides and deliveries will start across the country from June 2026.
