Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover is the world’s first motorcycle with radar technology standardly provided
Ultraviolet today launched its electric motorcycle X47 crossover in the Indian market at a price of Rs 2.74 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has made a special offer for initial customers and the price on the first 1,000 booking will be only Rs 2.49 lakh. The booking has started at 4 pm today and the delivery will start from October 2025.
The company is also offering a warranty package of up to 8 lakh kilometers. This is the company’s third production motorcycle. Unlike the rest of the models, X47 is designed as a crossover bike keeping in mind the daily needs and modern technology. It has been prepared on the tried F77 platform and has a first 1.6 kW onboard charger, which is a new step for the ultraviolet.
Ultraviolet X47 Electric Bikes holds a speed of 0 to 60 km/h in 2.7 seconds and takes a speed of 0 to 100 km/h it takes only 8.1 seconds to catch a speed. Its maximum speed is 145 km/h and this motorcycle produces 40 PS power and 610 Nm of torque.
Also, Ultraviolet has given an example to explain cost savings. If you put petrol of 100 rupees in a normal petrol bike, then you will be able to travel from Bangalore Airport to the city only. But by spending the same amount of electricity in the X47 electric bike, you can reach Chennai Airport directly. It is the first electric bike of its kind with radar-based safety technology. It contains features like blind spot detection, warning on lane changes, warnings from behind and overtake alert.
The performance of X47 is designed to further improve pack riding. It provides a 9-level regional braking with a dynamic region, which helps in charging the battery when applied. Also, it has been given an advanced 3-level traction control, which leads to grip and security on the bike under different roads and weather conditions.
The latest 10th generation bosted dual-channel ABS in the X47, which has the option to replace different modes. It also has a 3-level traction control, which increases the confidence of rider in different road conditions. It has a setup of Brembo for braking, which has a 320 mm disc in the front, which has fixed for piston calipers and creatured pads. The rear is 230 mm disc, which has a floating piston caliper. This setup gives strong braking in every situation.
Ultraviolet X-47 has 41 mm inverted cartridge-type front forks and rear mono-shock, which facilitates preload adjusting. This suspension setup gives the bike a more balanced, responseful and customized riding experience, allowing the rider to adjust it according to its choice and road conditions.
It also has a dual camera system in front and back, which will have IMX307 HDR units. These cameras provide 120-degree wide-angle view and containyus loop recording. Features such as Park Assist, Emergency Crash Detection with Automatic Video Lock and Real-Time Rear Camera Display are part of this system. Digital console has anti-theft mounting and video storage can be increased to 256 GB.
