Sadly, for some people the benefit of a lockdown is not enough to understand how serious a situation it is for the government to impose. However, an extremely enthusiastic police officer believed that he could stop the spread of the virus by scaring people.

With the spread of the COVID-19 virus across the world, most countries are imposing mild or strict lockdowns as a measure. To make use of the curfew, whether working from home or not going out of the house without proper permission form, all the countries of the world are trying their best to give the same guidelines to their citizens to stop the spread of Corona.

India is one of those countries which is facing the attack of Corona virus hard. There are currently 1600 confirmed cases and 45 deaths reported. India is one of the countries that came into contact with the virus later, but the government here did not wait long to stop the spread of the virus. Today it is in a three-week lockdown for its 1300 crore citizens. I don’t think this move will make India the next Italy or Spain.

Since everyone has been asked to stay indoors, we can assume that people are also serious about following this guideline. Sadly, for some people the benefit of a lockdown is not enough to understand how serious a situation it is for the government to impose. However, a police officer felt that he would continue scaring people to stop the spread of the virus. He made a mask similar to the real coronavirus and with it he is stopping people from going out without work. By using this mask, he is explaining to the people that the crisis is very severe and it is urgent to stay at home as much as possible.

The Government of India was already prepared to disseminate this information throughout the country, even recording and pre-broadcasting some public announcements that any citizen could personally contact by phone. Poverty and to some extent lack of proper care and equipment in India helps in containing this virus here. People are being asked to stay inside as much as possible for the next few weeks. People entering the country by air route have to fill a form in which they will self-inform if they have possible symptoms of corona.

If every country had acted quickly and seriously like India, we might have stopped the corona virus earlier. There is no Italy, Spain, Wuhan or New York. We are human beings who are bound to habitually break rules. But it is also difficult to ignore the fact that we can get rid of this crisis only by strictly following the guidelines implemented by the concerned government.

Remember that this is not just about your health right now, but it also does not mean that you are safe or that people around you are not in trouble, they may currently be at risk of serious infection with the corona virus. You may be wrong, your immune system may not be strong and you may infect people who are not as fortunate as you. We only have to follow these rules for a few weeks. We’ll all laugh about this in a few months. And remember, if you go out without permission, Corona will find you and stop you. This virus neither rests nor judges.
