New Delhi, 26 September (). The ICC has fined Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf 30 percent of the match fee. At the same time, opener Sahibzada has reprimanded Farhan. The ICC has taken the Pakistani players due to their gesture during the September 21 match against India.

In the match against India on 21 September, Haris Rauf made controversial political gestures of the aircraft accident. At the same time, Farhan celebrated the completion of the half -century in the same match in the style of firing with his bat.

According to a report, the ICC held the activity of both Pakistani players guilty of Level 1 crime under the code of conduct. Haris Rauf has been fined 30 percent of the match fees. At the same time, Sahibzada Farhan has been reprimanded and directed not to do so. Farhan has not been fined any economic penalty.

Violation of Level 1 usually gives a fine of up to 50 percent of the match fee and one or two demerit points. In this case, the players were only given financial punishment and warning, but they were given a clear warning of not re -committing such violations.

The ICC has also taken action against Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav.

The first match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025 was played on 14 September. During the award ceremony after winning the match, Suryakumar Yadav said, “This is the right opportunity, we are standing with the victims of Pahalgam attack. We want to dedicate this victory to our armed forces, who showed bravery. We will keep giving them a chance to smile on the field.”

The Indian captain did not join hands with Pakistan captain Salman Ali Aga at the time of the toss in this match. At the same time, Indian players did not join hands with Pakistani players after the match. In the press conference, when Suryakumar Yadav was asked a question related to No Handshek and it was described as contrary to the spirit of the game, then his answer was- there is much more than the sportsmanship. They stand with all the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack and dedicate it to the armed forces who take part in Operation Sindoor.

The PCB complained to the Indian captain’s behavior to the ICC. The ICC has convicted the Indian captain in the investigation of the case and has also fined 30 percent of the match fees. Also, it has been directed not to make political statement.
