Noida, October 21 (). A case of illegal occupation of government land on the banks of Hindon river has come to light in Noida. It is alleged that powerful people were trying to capture the land by dumping soil and debris within the Hindon River. In this entire matter, on the complaint of the Irrigation Department, Police Station Sector-113 has registered an FIR and started investigation.

According to the information, a case has been registered against Sarfabad resident Munendra Yadav and three unknown people. It is alleged in the complaint that these people tried to illegally occupy the government land by dumping soil and debris on the land on the banks of the Hindon River and plotting there.

When the Irrigation Department team along with higher officials reached the spot to do the measurement, the accused misbehaved and misbehaved with the departmental employees. It was told that on the spot, Munendra Yadav along with his colleagues was doing the filling work by placing cots.

In this regard, a complaint was lodged in Police Station Sector-113 by Irrigation Department, Ghaziabad Division Officer Rajesh Chandra. Police have registered the case and started investigation.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that soil and debris were being dumped on the banks of the river in a planned manner to capture government land.
