The student movement at Jantar Mantar has received support from many leaders and actors. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party (SP) MPs marched from Parliament to Jantar Mantar to show solidarity with the students and demand accountability from the central government in the NEET paper leak case.
Dimple Yadav appeared distressed and sweating during this time but she did not give up even for a moment. Dimple Yadav was sometimes seen giving water to the students and sometimes consoling them. Along with this, Dipal Yadav was seen continuously taking care of the injured students and providing them all possible help including money.
SP MP Dimple Yadav said that today the situation is such that the youth want to express their concerns, but the government is refusing to listen or talk. Despite people being on hunger strike, the government is so harsh and insensitive that it is not ready to listen to anyone else. Due to the corrupt government, the youth and students of the country are facing problems and are going through mental stress.
SP MP Rajiv Rai said that the government is stealing everything from examination papers to temple funds, hence it is necessary to remove it from power. Samajwadi Party MP Zia ur Rehman Burke claimed that the group of protesting students were beaten up by the police and that his group was going to meet them and support them. He said that we demand that the government should talk to the students instead of crushing their movement.
