This sweet and transparent liquid found inside green coconut is not only delicious and fresh, but is also a treasure of health. It is a completely natural, light and low calorie drink, in which essential electrolytes such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium are found.
This is the reason why it is said to be nectar for patients. When there is a problem like fever, vomiting or diarrhea, there is a lack of water and minerals in the body.
