Farmers submitted a memorandum to the Governor and Chief Minister to give compensation for crop damage
Malpura. On Wednesday, thousands of Congress workers took out a procession to resolve various serious problems of the common people of Malpura region and reached the subdivision office and submitted a memorandum to the Governor and the Chief Minister to the SDM. A large number of Congressmen gathered in the program of protesting and memorandum of Congress organized under the leadership of Congress District President former Upazila chief Advocate Awadhesh Sharma. A large number of police forces were deployed during the procession of anti -government Congress workers extracted from the post bungalow. In the memorandum, the Governor and the Chief Minister were informed that people in Malpura Municipality area and rural areas are facing many problems, which is upset with the common man. The memorandum demanded the loss of damage due to overflowing to the farmers and to repair the dilapidated roads in the rural and urban areas and to remove the toll in the municipality border. Similarly, village Sadarpura, Peenani, Laxmipura, Sheopur, Kalyanpura, Hatgi, Randallya and other villages which have been included in the municipality have been required to connect the three phase power line with the city. In the memorandum, the memorandum demanded that the revenue map of Malpura subdivision be made soon and a permanent resolution of the drainage of rainy water deposited in various markets and Brijlalnagar area of the municipality. In the memorandum, the city’s cultural site Gangauri Maidan should be freed from encroachment and developed in a planned manner and there has been a demand for immediate ban on the forced electric smart meters being installed in the Malpura region, as well as the need to excavate the Brahma Sarovar Bamb Talab of the city. SDM Amit Chaudhary has assured the Congress people that their memorandum will be sent as soon as possible. Elected public representatives and common people including Congress workers and officials participated in large numbers in the procession and protests.
