-Zoraram Kumawat honored Bhamashahs who contributed to the Gaushala, Sumerpur. “Bhamashah Samman Samaroh 2026” was organized on Sunday by Shri Krishna Gau-Seva Sanstha (Committee) of village Bhatund of Bali assembly constituency. In this, Cabinet Minister of Animal Husbandry, Cow Husbandry, Dairy and Devsthan Department, Jora Ram Kumawat participated and had a cordial conversation with the cow devotees, Bhamashahs and area residents present. On this occasion, he honored the 100 Bhamashahs who have contributed till now to the Gaushala established in 1997 by giving mementos, garlanding them and draping them with dupattas. Addressing the program, Cow Husbandry Minister Jora Ram Kumawat shared his views on the importance of cow conservation and cow conservation and informed everyone about the contribution of mother cow in Indian culture and tradition and inspired them to continuously come forward for cow service. He also provided detailed information about various public welfare schemes run by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma for cow conservation, cow protection and empowerment of cow shelters. The Animal Husbandry Minister said that cow service is not just a work, but a sacred responsibility linked to our culture, faith and sensibilities. He said that cow service is an important and sacred part of Indian culture, which is a medium of spiritual progress, mental peace and attainment of virtue. He called upon every citizen of the society to participate in this noble work. Kumawat said that cow service is not limited to religious faith only, but it is also a symbol of our responsibility towards society and humanity. He said that feeding the first loaf of bread to the cow, arranging fodder and water, treating injured cows and providing support to cow shelters are the main forms of cow service. He said that the Rajasthan government is committed to cow conservation and promotion and for this purpose the Cow Husbandry Department has been formed. The Animal Husbandry and Cow Husbandry Minister said that this assistance being given for the protection, nutrition and care of mother cows living in cowsheds is a small effort. He called upon the people of the area to take a pledge for cow protection and carry forward the spirit of service, values and dedication in the society. Chairman of Gaushala, Kailash Kumawat said that 21 Gold Bhamashahs who contributed more than Rs 1 lakh and 79 Silver Bhamashahs who contributed less than Rs 1 lakh were honoured. On this occasion, many intelligent people including District Vice President Poonam Singh Parmar, Bali MLA representative Vikram Singh Ranawat, former director of Gaushala Ranchhod Lal Joshi, former president Bhanwarlal, Bhamashah Bhanwarlal Jain, Gaushala President Kailash Kumawat were present.
