District Collector donated old warm clothes to Chief Minister Sadbhavna Center

Bikaner. On Wednesday, District Collector Namrata Vrishni gave the message of social responsibility by donating old warm clothes to the needy at the Chief Minister Sadbhavna Center started by the Municipal Corporation near Shani Mandir in Pawan Puri. He said that the objective of Sadbhavna Center is to promote the spirit of cooperation and sensitivity in the society, for which active participation of the common people is necessary. Appeal to donate old usable clothes, warm clothes, shoes-slippers, toys etc. The District Collector appealed to the residents of Bikaner to make available the old usable clothes, warm clothes, shoes-slippers, utensils, toys, copy-books, electronic goods etc. lying in their homes at the Sadbhavna Center to reach the needy. He said that this initiative will become a medium of relief for those who face difficulties due to lack of resources.
Vrishni said that all the items received at the Sadbhavna Center will be systematically compiled and distributed to the needy families through various institutions and voluntary groups. He also urged various social organizations, volunteers and youth groups to join this campaign.
The District Collector also gave instructions to install interlocking tiles and benches for sitting outside the center started in Pawan Puri.
The corporation has so far opened 05 Chief Minister Sadbhavna Centers in the district.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mayank Manish said that till now a total of 05 Chief Minister Sadbhavna Centers have been opened in the district by the Corporation. Apart from the Municipal Corporation Headquarters, one center has been opened near Durgadas Circle, one in the Corporation Office near Deendayal Circle, outside the Bada Kabaristan on Pugal Road and the fifth center has been opened near Shani Mandir in Pawan Puri. The sixth center will soon be opened in Jayanarayan Vyas Colony.
Manish told that the Pawan Puri center will be open daily from 08 am to 05 pm for donations, where the items will be classified and stored safely by the team. He said that with the participation of more and more people in this initiative of true cooperation and harmony, Bikaner will set an example of “humanity and cooperation”.
During the visit of District Collector and Corporation Commissioner, Assistant Engineer of the Corporation Om Prakash Chaudhary, former councilor of Ward No. 50 Adarsh ​​Sharma and other personnel of the Corporation were present.
