Neemrana. A Kadbi kept in a field near Ashadeep Society near Manohar Hospital in Ishwarisinghpura village of the subdivision area caught fire due to unknown reasons. On receiving information about the fire, two fire tenders were sent to the spot under the leadership of Neemrana Fire Station in-charge Meghraj Yadav.
About 100 meters before the spot of fire, a guard installed to prevent overloaded vehicles blocked the path of the fire brigade. The fire team was forced to reach the spot by taking a detour of about one kilometer long through the unpaved road at the foothills of the mountain from Ishwarisinghpura village. Fire in-charge Meghraj Yadav said that after receiving information about the fire, the fire brigade was immediately dispatched, but due to the guard, the vehicle could not reach the road. The vehicle reached with some delay through the unpaved road. Despite this, the team members were able to control the fire before it spread. About 50 maunds of Kadbi of the farmer were burnt to ashes. Yadav appealed to the citizens to be careful during the Diwali festival, saying that “a little carelessness can lead to a big accident.” The fire team, with its promptness and courage, stopped the fire from spreading, thereby avoiding major damage.
