This video was recorded by a passenger traveling in a local train in Mumbai. It was revealed that the local train was running at a very slow speed and was continuously blowing its horn. The reason for this was a man who was walking on the tracks just ahead of the train. He appeared to be drunk – in fact, so drunk that he didn’t even hear the train horn and walked smoothly along the railway tracks. This forced the local train to move forward slowly, while the loco pilot continued to blow his horn, hoping that the man would step aside and allow the train to proceed.
