There was a big uproar during a birthday party in a private club located in Malviya Nagar area of ​​the capital Jaipur. The altercation between the MBBS students attending the party and the bouncers of the club escalated so much that the matter turned into a violent clash. It is alleged that the bouncers attacked the students with batons and iron rods, in which about 10 medical students were injured. After the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the area.

According to the information received, a group of MBBS students were celebrating their friend’s birthday in the club located in Malviya Nagar. During the party, a dispute broke out between the students and the club staff over some issue regarding dancing. Initially there was a minor altercation, but soon the bouncers adopted an aggressive attitude. Eyewitnesses say that the bouncers attacked the students without any warning.

It is being told that the bouncers targeted the students with sticks and iron rods in their hands. Students were assaulted both inside and outside the club. Many students have suffered serious injuries to their heads, hands and legs in the attack. The injured students were immediately admitted to the nearest hospital, where their treatment is ongoing. The condition of some students is said to be critical.

As soon as information about the incident was received, Malviya Nagar police station reached the spot and brought the situation under control. Police have started interrogating the people present in the club and CCTV footage of the incident spot is being scrutinized. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the dispute was over dance and club rules, although the real reasons will be confirmed only after investigation.

The victim students allege that they were partying peacefully and did not create any kind of ruckus. Students say that the bouncers misused their power and beat them brutally. At the same time, no official statement has come from the club management till now.
