Jodhpur. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati of Rajasthan High Court has taken a tough stance on the pollution of chemical water -rich chemical water spreading in the Luni, Jori and Bandi river. Let me tell you, while hearing the PIL (PIL) filed by Pali Roht’s social activist Deepak Bamania, the court has issued a notice to the responsible officials of Rajasthan government Jodhpur, Balotra and Pali and summoned the reply. In the next hearing in this case, the government and concerned officials will have to present the details of steps taken for prevention of pollution. The petition was filed with the advocacy of Advocate Saina Bano and Sampat Prajapat, which exposed serious impacts on the environment and local communities due to the poisonous chemical waste being released into rivers from industrial units. The case of pollution of Jojri River has also been taken into considerable notice in the Supreme Court, where it is being seen seriously.
