Bharatpur. Lions Club Bharatpur Royals on Saturday distributed warm clothes including shawls, blankets, socks to 62 needy and helpless people to protect them from the harsh cold. This service program was organized in the premises of Bihari Ji Temple.
Club patron Lion Vinod Singhal, President Lion B. participated in the program. Many members of the club including M. Gupta, Secretary Lion Ramesh Chandra Verma, Amit Khandelwal, Rahul Singh, Satyavrat Arya, Kavita Verma, Jyoti Arya, Saurabh Aggarwal, Aarti Gupta were present and played an active role in the service work. The event was sponsored by Lion Manju Gupta, Zone Chairperson. He said that providing relief to the needy during the winter season is our humanitarian duty towards the society. Club patron Vinod Singhal said that Lions Club Bharatpur Royals will continue such efforts related to social concerns, so that more and more people can benefit. The faces of the needy lit up after receiving warm clothes.
