Patna, February 18 (). Bihar government minister Ram Kripal Yadav on Wednesday reacted to RLM MLA Madhav Anand’s demand for review of the prohibition law and the opposition’s allegations.
He said that the prohibition law is strictly enforced in the state and wherever there is violation, the government takes immediate action. Many people who break the law have also been sent to jail, which clearly shows that the government is serious and committed on this issue.
Responding to the political allegations and counter-allegations, Bihar Government Minister Ram Kripal Yadav said that the opposition is continuously making statements, but the public understands everything. Those who are criticizing the government should first look at their own actions.
Ram Kripal Yadav gave a sharp reaction when the opposition called the Chief Minister a ‘puppet Chief Minister’. He said that Bihar’s performance has been better on any parameter of development and the state is moving towards progress. Bihar is moving towards becoming one of the top states on the scale of development. He further said that Nitish Kumar has brought Bihar from ‘destruction’ to the path of ‘development’.
During this, he also said that the opposition leaders are talking about going among the public, but the public has already given their decision. According to him, it is more important to focus on development and good governance rather than political allegations.
Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav has talked about going among the public after Holi. RJD MLA Bhai Virendra gave this information.
The ongoing debate in the assembly session regarding the review of prohibition law, political allegations and development of the state has once again brought the politics of Bihar at the center of discussion.
