Jaipur. Government Secretary of the State Cooperative Department and Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Dr. Samit Sharma directed that all the officers working in the department should prepare a systematic to-do list of the works to be done in the coming days and complete the works included in the list in a timely manner.

Dr. Sharma was addressing the meeting organized at Nehru Sahakar Bhawan on Monday regarding the to do list prepared by the departmental officers. He had an in-depth discussion with the officers in charge of all the sections and other officers regarding the works included in the list and directed that along with the work to be done in the to do list, it is necessary to mention the progress so far in this regard, the future plan of action and the probable time taken to complete the work. He said that by preparing a systematic to-do list, officers will be clear about their goals and will try to complete the work within the stipulated time. The Government Secretary directed that along with the main works, sub-works should also be mentioned in the list of works to be executed in the coming days. Also, if any new work is to be initiated in addition to the routine work, it should also be included in the to do list. The tasks already allocated to the officers and the tasks included in the to do list should be separate. He said that once a systematic to-do list is prepared, it will be known what work is being done by which officer. The to do list will be reviewed regularly and officials will be graded based on the progress of the tasks. This grade will also be the basis of the annual work evaluation report of the officers. The Government Secretary also directed that senior officers should regularly review the to do list at the section level also.
