Kotputli-Bahrod. The Matikala Skill Development and Awareness Camp for Matikala workers/artisans was organized by the Sriyade Matikala Board, Government of Rajasthan on Friday in the main hospitality of the Board Chairman Prahlad Rai Tak at Shri Lalchand Marijavala Trust Dharamshala, Kotputli.
Tak said in his address that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, the Rajasthan government is moving towards the target of an inclusive and sensitive government. The aim of the state government is to get the benefits of schemes to every person and traditional art and crafts should be encouraged. He said that the government’s priority is to ensure timely implementation of every budget announcement on the ground.
Chief Minister took care of the interests of Matikala workers: Tak
He said that free machine distribution has been announced by giving special importance to the interests of Matikala Board in the budget. Earlier this number was one thousand, which has now been increased to 2 thousand. These machines are being distributed on 100 percent subsidy so that the work of the artisans can speed up and they can become self-sufficient.
Tak said that Matikala is not only a means of livelihood, but it is our cultural identity. Referring to arts like Blue Pottery, Pokaran Potary and Molela Terracotta, he said that these traditional arts can be connected with innovations to the state level.
He appealed to the workers to apply under the Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Yojana as per eligibility and make Artisan Card so that they can get the benefit. He said that the government has made the soil royalty free for potter work, contact Tehsildar or Patwari and provide permission. Participate in training for soil artworks and enhance your art.
Publicism and ground implementation is the priority of the state government
Tak said that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma believes in mass media and ground implementation. They want public representatives and officials to go to rural areas and listen to public problems. Under his leadership, the Rajasthan government is becoming an example of a public welfare and innovations based on the administration. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also called for earthen utensils, lamps and other artifacts.
Electrical chalk distributed by lottery
During the program, out of the total 406 applications received by keeping transparency through the lottery system under the direction of the Tak, 10-10 lottery was taken out and the process of providing additional chalk to Divyango and widow women was completed. He said that those whose number did not come in the lottery should not be disappointed, soon everyone will get chalk. Emphasizing education, he said that children get higher education and reached high positions and illuminate the name of the nation. Also, make the common people aware of state schemes about state schemes.
Retired RAS BL Basniwal, General Secretary Shriyade Vikas Samiti Mahavir Prajapati, Praveen Bansal, Puranmal Kumhar, Gulab Chand Prajapat, Tinku Prajapat and Basti Ram Prajapat were present.
