Alwar. Minister of State for Forest and Environment (Independent Charge) Sanjay Sharma, after listening to the grievances of the common people in a public hearing in Alwar district on Monday, directed the officers for quick redressal.
He listened with sensitivity to the complaints of the complainants who came to the public hearing with complaints regarding drinking water, electricity, roads, cleanliness etc. and instructed the concerned officials to resolve them immediately. He directed to increase the satisfaction level of the complainants by informing them when their problems are resolved. He directed that the basic problems of the common people should be heard on priority. During this, he called upon people to be aware and take advantage of the public welfare schemes run by the Central and State Government for the welfare of the common people and also to help the needy people around them by making them aware of the schemes and making them benefit from them.
