Ranchi, April 28 (). Students of Jharkhand have brought glory to the state by performing excellently in the ‘National Word Power Championship 2025-26’ organized in Mumbai. State Chief Minister Hemant Soren expressed happiness over this achievement and congratulated all the successful students.
The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of pride that the young students of classes 2 to 5 made Jharkhand proud by showcasing their talent at the national level. Moving beyond the state level competition to reaching the national stage and proving one’s worth there shows the strong education system of the state.
CM Hemant Soren praised the students as well as teachers and parents for this success. He said that this achievement was possible only with his guidance and cooperation. The Chief Minister also said that the state government is committed to strengthening basic education and providing better opportunities to children.
CM said that I also appreciate their dedicated teachers and parents, with whose guidance and support this success has been possible. The Government of Jharkhand is committed to strengthening basic education and providing opportunities for children to gain experiences beyond their surroundings. I am confident that these young students will scale greater heights and inspire many more people across the state.
Students of Jharkhand participated in the national competition held in Mumbai on 22 April 2026 after winning the state level Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Championship. In this program he demonstrated his English proficiency impressively.
The competition was organized in collaboration with Jharkhand Education Project Council and English Literacy Partners, with an aim to strengthen basic education among children from classes 2 to 5.
Students of government schools of the state have proved that they can face any challenge given proper guidance and resources by achieving national level ranking. Due to the efforts of the government, now children from remote areas are also getting a national platform, which is considered important for their self-confidence and overall development.
