National e-Governance- 2026 Chief Secretary met the winners at the Government Secretariat and congratulated them.

-The winners saw and appreciated the functioning of 181 Sampark Portal, Jaipur. The winners of the National e-Governance Award – 2026 for excellent work in the field of e-governance observed the functioning of 181 Sampark Portal located at the Government Secretariat on Tuesday. During this, he obtained detailed information about the systems, technical innovations and monitoring systems developed for quick disposal of complaints and grievances of the common people. The winners learned that 181 Sampark Portal is an effective public relations and grievance redressal platform of the state government, through which timely and transparent resolution of citizens’ complaints is ensured. Service delivery is made more effective through regular review of complaints received on the portal.
Earlier, Chief Secretary V. Srinivas met these winners in the contemplation room and congratulated them. The Chief Secretary said that with the effective use of information technology, transparency, accountability and service delivery system of governance can be further strengthened and we have proved this on the ground in Rajasthan. He asked the officials to work with the same dedication and innovations to set a new example of e-governance in the state.
During this, Technical Director of Rajasthan Sampark Portal Helpline G. Of. Sharma gave a presentation of 181 Sampark Portal. He said that providing more simple, quick and transparent services to the common people through technology-based good governance is the top priority of the state government. Additional Secretary of the Central Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Department (DARPG) Sarita Chauhan and other officials were present in this meeting.
During the visit to Sampark Portal-181, the National e-Governance winners praised the functioning of the portal, technical efficiency, grievance redressal system, feedback mechanism and described it as an effective example of citizen-centric e-governance.
