He told that during two years of preparation, he seriously understood the subjects taught in the class and after coming home, he did homework and revision regularly. He says that continuous efforts and patience are most important for success in an examination like NEET.

However, he took it as another opportunity and worked harder than before.
He told that in the first examination he had scored 696 marks, whereas in the re-examination he scored 715 marks. According to Aryan, the second exam was more difficult than the first, but he was confident that hard work would definitely yield results. He also attributed God’s grace and luck to his success.
Aryan described the role of his elder brother Aditya Gupta as the most important in his success. Aryan’s elder brother has also made great achievements at the school level and now the younger son has brought glory to the family by securing first position in the country in NEET.
Renu Gupta said that since her hospital and home were at the same place, it was easy to manage her children’s education and family responsibilities. He said that when the child is ready to work hard on his own, the job of the parents is to provide him the right support and environment. He said that the biggest happiness for him is that his child remains happy and healthy.
Aryan’s father Sachin Gupta said that it is a moment of great pride and joy for him that his son secured first position out of 23 lakh students. He said that no pressure was put on the children, rather they were given the freedom to choose career as per their interest.
Sachin Gupta told that Aryan was also good in mathematics and he had other options too, but he himself decided to become a doctor. The family only gave him direction and support. He said that Aryan lived a normal life along with studies. He met friends, played and sometimes even went out to eat with his family. But when it was time to study, he used to work hard with full concentration.
He said that for the last few years the family had not been able to go on religious trips as the entire focus was on Aryan’s preparations. Now after getting success they want to go to the temple and give blessings and thanks to God.
