Kathmandu. In Nepal, Jane-G aged fiercely against the government. After this, many ministers from Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli resigned. Now former Chief Justice Sushila Karki will get the command of the interim government. Sushila Karki will take oath as Prime Minister of Nepal’s interim government today.
Preparations for Sushila Karki administered the oath as an interim Prime Minister have intensified. She will take oath between 8:45 to 9 pm. Nepal’s President’s Office ‘Sheetal Niwas’ directed its employees to start preparations to welcome the new interim Prime Minister. Similar instructions have also been issued to senior officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in which they have been asked to be ready for official change after political consent.
As soon as the interim government was handed over to Sushila Karki between the major parties of the country and the President, it has been directed to start the related arrangements.
After several days of political upheaval, the big faction of the public has demanded to hand over the hands of Sushila Karki to the interim leadership of the country.
Earlier, former head of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Kulman Ghising was also considered a possible candidate. Ghizing is appreciated to eliminate power shortage through comprehensive reforms.
This political change has been taking place since Monday amidst the ongoing anti -corruption demonstrations across the country.
The recent unrest spread in Nepal and the movement of Jane-G is the result of the government’s decision on social media. The youth called it an attack on freedom of expression, calling it an attack against the government.
The protests that started in Kathmandu and clashes with security forces have lost their lives so far. On seeing this, Jane-G’s anger spread to cities like Pokhara, Butwal and Birganj.
More than 1,000 people have been injured in violent clashes in Nepal. Between the performance, the Nepal government’s response is being widely criticized across the country.
