IT Park is being constructed rapidly in CBganj area of Bareilly, which is expected to provide employment to thousands of youth in the coming time.
Actually, Information Technology i.e. IT Park is being built in Khalilpur village of CBganj area. Almost 75 percent of the construction work of this park has been completed. At present, the work of installing furniture and finishing is going on inside the building. Officials say that efforts are being made to complete the work on time.
This IT park, being built at a cost of about Rs 18 crore, will become a big center of employment for the youth of Bareilly as well as the surrounding districts. Here, companies related to IT, software, data management and AI will be given space. The special thing is that the companies that come here will be given concession in rent for the first three years, so that more and more investors and companies move to Bareilly.
Youth will get career opportunity in IT and AI here
Bareilly District Magistrate Avinash Singh said that this IT Park is an important project included in the Chief Minister’s announcement. This park is being built on about eight thousand square meter land of the Indian Turpentine and Rosin (ITR) factory complex. The administration believes that after its launch, the youth of Bareilly will not need to go out for technical education and employment.
Modern facilities like data centre, incubation centre, auditorium, conference hall, meeting room and café are being provided in the IT park. Startups will also be promoted here, which will give opportunity to new ideas and new businesses to flourish. This park will prove to be a big opportunity for the youth interested in the field of IT and AI.
Construction work going on under the supervision of government and administration
Officials said that due to the efforts of Union Minister of State Jitin Prasad, the problems related to the budget for the IT park were resolved. At the same time, Forest Minister Dr. Arun Kumar is reviewing the construction work from time to time, so that the quality and speed of the work is maintained.
About a year ago, the district administration had given this land to Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) on a 30-year lease. STPI itself is developing the IT park here. The responsibility of construction work has been given to VK Construction Company of Ghaziabad. Two big sectors are being built in the IT park, where different companies will be able to work.
Big step towards development of Rohilkhand
With the opening of the IT Park, not only will the youth get employment, but the technological development of Bareilly and Rohilkhand region will also accelerate. This will strengthen the local economy and Bareilly will be identified as a new IT hub. This park can prove to be a milestone for the area in the coming times.
