Bhubaneswar, October 9 (). Odisha Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Minister Rabi Narayan Naik lauded BJP’s one-day training program for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) MPs and MLAs.
He described it as an important initiative to strengthen leadership at the grassroots level and promote inclusive governance.
Speaking to the media after the session held at the BJP state headquarters, Rabi Narayan Naik said the training was conducted under the guidance of the Tribal Development Council and the organizational leadership of the BJP, with the aim of making the delegates accountable to the public. This program focused on strengthening our values, behavior and cultural traditions as well as honing our leadership abilities. During this, issues related to governance, tribal development and welfare of marginalized communities were discussed.
Rabi Narayan Naik further said, “BJP believes in the overall development of every section of the society. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of senior leaders like BL Santosh and Jual Oram, we are learning from their experiences to improve our work and better connect with the people.”
He said the training would help the representatives understand the policies better and deliver welfare benefits to the tribal and rural population more efficiently. The experiences shared today will help us work at the grassroots level. Odisha will move forward with the active participation of its tribal communities.
He also criticized the opposition, saying, “Those who ruled for decades failed to bring real change. Now they are opposing development just for the sake of politics. The public knows the difference between empty promises and true deeds.”
The training session was attended by several senior BJP leaders, including Union Minister Jual Oram and BJP national organization general secretary BL Santosh, who interacted with MPs, MLAs and party officials representing tribal and scheduled caste communities.
Rabi Narayan Naik has expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win both the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections and Nuapada by-election.
He said that the people of Bihar have faith in the ‘double engine government’ model. Wherever there is a double engine government, development is visible there. Everyone knows this, from the poorest citizens to the people in the administrative system. Prime Minister Modi has transformed governance with a system that uplifts the poor and strengthens every section of the society.
