Patna . The budget session of Bihar Assembly has started from Monday. There will be a total of 19 meetings in this session which will run till 27th February. Even before the beginning of the session, the opposition showed its attitude and demonstrated in the assembly premises over the death of a student in the hostel of Patna. Congress MLA Kamrul Hoda reached the campus with a big poster and slammed the government, accusing it of covering up the case of the student’s death. He said that the girl should get justice. The accused is roaming openly and the government is maintaining silence. Here, RJD MLA Bhai Virendra said that whoever is guilty in the case of death of NEET student, he should be given death sentence. If punishment is not given, the same thing will keep happening to the daughters and daughters-in-law of the state. He said that justice has not been received till now in the case of the student preparing for NEET, the government is in the dock. If the government is in the dock then the government should answer.
Here, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, regarding the opposition’s allegations on the death of the student, said that the government is sensitive about this matter. I myself have met the victim’s family. His demand was for a CBI investigation. For this, the government has recommended handing over the entire matter to CBI investigation. CBI will investigate and the girl will get justice, the truth will be revealed.
He said that our intention is clear that the girl should get justice and whoever is guilty should be punished. He clearly said that no matter who the accused is, he will not be spared. The Finance Minister will present the state budget tomorrow i.e. Tuesday during the budget session.
