FIR against Pawan Kheda

Accusations of holding foreign passport

He claimed that Rinki holds active passports of three different countries and has investments and several properties abroad.
I have never heard such lies in my life”—Rinki Bhuiyan Sarma
After these allegations of Pawan Kheda, Rinki Bhuyan Sarma issued a statement saying that all the allegations are completely false. He said, “I have never heard such lies in my entire life.” He further alleged that the content used to support these claims was fabricated using artificial intelligence and Photoshop.
War of words between Kheda and Himanta
It is worth noting that Himanta Biswa Sarma had earlier alleged that three to four FIRs have been registered against senior Congress leader Pawan Kheda on charges of trying to contact militant groups in an attempt to influence the election results. In response, Pawan Khera had claimed that within weeks of the election results being declared, the Chief Minister would be sent to jail because of his alleged corruption. “Three or four cases have already been registered against Pawan Kheda in Assam on charges of trying to contact some militant organizations to influence the election results,” Himanta Biswa Sarma told reporters. He further said that investigation into the matter is ongoing. The Chief Minister stressed, “Therefore, after the elections it will be clear who will have to go to jail.
