On his 75th birthday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country’s first and biggest PM friend (Mega Integrated Textile and Apparel) park in Bhainsol village of Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. On this occasion, he not only set the outline of development and employment schemes, but also emphasized security, self -reliance and strengthening the rural economy. He also gave a strong guarantee to realize the resolution of India developed by 2047 from the land of Dhar.

1- Emphasis on India’s new image: Modi said, “This is a new India. It is not afraid of threats of atomic bomb blasts; It is a new India to enter the house. This means that India will no longer bow before any pressure or threat.”
2- National Security Allopardship: The Prime Minister said, “This is an India that gives a top priority to the safety of Mother India.” The Prime Minister clearly indicated that the government’s priorities are clear in dealing with terrorism and border challenges.
3- New Employment New Door: PM Mitra Park: This project will create about 3,00,000 employment opportunities, including 1,00,000 direct and 2,00,000 indirect employment opportunities.
4- Investment flow: Prime Minister said that investment proposals of more than ₹ 23,000 crore have already been received for PM Mitra Park.
5- Major benefits for farmers: Modi said that this park will carry forward the reach of farmers from the sale of raw cotton and connect them to the entire price chain of yarn, cloth, apparel and exports under one roof. This will give them better value and access to the international market.
6- 5F model focus: The Prime Minister said that he has implemented his 5F vision in this project. He earlier mentioned this 5F model: farm, filament, factory, fashion, foreign, and also repeated it here. He said that this would make India’s textile sector completely self -sufficient.
7- Modern infrastructure: Spread over 2,150 acres, this park will provide facilities like a Common Fluid Treatment Plant, 20 MLD Waste Water Plant, A Solar Energy Unit, Better Roads, Power and Labor Housing.
8- Women’s Health Schemes: With the inauguration, Modi also launched campaigns like healthy women-power family campaign and nutrition month. He said, “A healthy woman is the foundation of a strong family and a strong nation.”
9- Developed India by 2047: Prime Minister Modi appealed to adopt Swadeshi. He said that the dream of developed India will be realized only when Swadeshi is fully adopted. He said that Mahatma Gandhi had shown India the dream of Swadeshi and we will all come together. Because I want the country to become a ‘developed India’ by 2047.
Significantly, Madhya Pradesh is the largest organic cotton producing state in India. For a long time, the farmers here had to depend on raw cotton, but now they will get an opportunity to join the entire textile price chain. The state government and the central government together have prepared a roadmap to make this park a “textile center of India”. The selection of Dhar is considered important because it is strategically located between major markets like Mumbai and Delhi. This will create new employment and income opportunities not only in the state’s industry, but also in rural areas.
