Kotputli-Behror. District Collector Priyanka Goswami said that they will promote e-governance as per the intention of the government, its aim is to make the processes simple, efficient, transparent and responsive so that it becomes easier for the citizens to access services. In this, many services like citizen service portals, online grievance redressal and digital availability of government documents are to be made available to the common people. The District Collector was directing the district level officers in the review meeting held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. He directed the Superintending Engineer Electricity Corporation to speed up the process of domestic and agricultural electricity connections. PHED department was asked to work under summer contingency by preparing a future action plan as per the target of JJM to ensure adequate water supply, so that the common people do not have to face problems in the summer season. He instructed PWD, Municipal Council and concerned officers to ensure fire NOC and safety measures as per rules in government buildings including hospitals, and asked to take strict action against those concerned for negligence. CMHO was also directed to keep adequate stock of medicines in view of seasonal diseases. He gave instructions to provide relief to the common people by immediately resolving the complaints received from the Sampark Portal, public hearing, public representatives and also asked to take immediate cognizance of the news related to the problems of the common people published in the newspapers and submit a report. He asked to ensure preparations as per the instructions for the programs to be organized in the coming days on completion of two years of the state government’s tenure.
SDM Ramvatar Meena, ACEO Sushila Yadav, Municipal Council Commissioner Noor Mohammad and district level officers were present in the meeting.
