Bikaner . The holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated with joy and brotherhood across the country. On this occasion, special splendor was also seen in the Dargah of world famous Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti located in Ajmer. Eid prayers were offered at the historic Shahjahani Mosque located in the Dargah complex, in which a large number of devotees participated.
There was a steady flow of pilgrims to the Dargah since morning. People who arrived from different parts of the country offered namaz and prayed to God for peace, brotherhood and prosperity in the country. After the namaz, people hugged each other and congratulated each other on Eid. On the occasion of Eid, the atmosphere of Ajmer Dargah was completely spiritual and festive, where the message of happiness and brotherhood resonated everywhere. Tight security arrangements were also made in the Dargah area, so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience. The police and administration team continuously kept an eye on the arrangements.
Speaking to , Pir Syed Nafees Mian Chishti of Ajmer Dargah said that people of the Muslim community observed fast for a month. Eid-ul-Fitr prayers were offered on Saturday. Many people gathered here. They hugged each other and congratulated each other on Eid and prayed for peace and tranquility in the country.
Haji Syed Salman Chishti, Chairman of Chishti Foundation, said, “We pray that there should be peace in our country India and peace in the whole world. On the special occasion of Eid, we pray for 140 crore countrymen.”
At the same time, an example of Ganga Jamuni culture was seen in Bikaner city of Rajasthan. On one hand, Eid prayers were offered by the people of Muslim community. On the other hand, girls from Hindu families were seen worshiping Gangaur.
Some girls were celebrating their festival Gangaur at a house by singing songs. Nearby, on the occasion of Eid, people of the Muslim community offered their namaz.
