Also, to avoid dehydration in the body, consume more fluids like juice, lemon water, plain water and sugarcane juice. He said that lack of water in the body due to heat can affect blood circulation, which increases health problems. The doctor also appealed to be especially careful about eating food kept outside. He said that just as food gets spoiled when kept outside the fridge, in the same way, food kept outside during weddings, bhandaras or other functions has the possibility of getting spoiled quickly. Eating such food can cause problems like vomiting and diarrhea.
Let us tell you that in view of the scorching heat and heat wave, the Yogi government is on alert. The government has put all hospitals on alert mode. Beds have been reserved in every hospital so that if a patient suffering from heatwave or heat wave comes, he can get immediate treatment. Besides, adequate availability of medicines has also been ensured. Apart from this, arrangements for cold water have been made in all the hospitals and instructions have been given to provide necessary medical care to the patients immediately.
The state government has also appealed to the people to go out in the sun only when there is urgent work, otherwise stay indoors and keep themselves safe.
